ABOUT MEDMOCKS

Revision that shows you what to do next.

For doctors preparing for PLAB 1 on the way to GMC registration, and for psychiatry trainees sitting the MRCPsych written papers.

Why it exists.

Most doctors prepare for these exams around a full-time job, often after a long shift. The questions test current UK practice and the science behind it, and the reading lists run to thousands of pages. MedMocks puts the practice in one place: questions across the whole syllabus, a worked explanation and the source for every answer, and a dashboard that shows where to spend your next session.

What’s inside.

A PLAB 1 pass covers the whole PLAB 1 bank, with two timed 180-question mock exams. One MRCPsych pass covers Paper A and Paper B, with two timed 150-question mock exams for each. Every pass has smart revision that brings back what you got wrong after 10 minutes and then after 1, 3 and 7 days, a readiness score and a week-by-week study plan to your sitting.

Built by a doctor.

MedMocks is built by a practising psychiatry registrar who also studies around a full rota.

Judge it for yourself.

Answer five sample questions without an account or a card, and take a free 20-question mini mock exam with a free account. Read the explanations and follow the sources before you decide. Choose your exam.

Independent.

MedMocks is independent revision material. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the General Medical Council or the Royal College of Psychiatrists. The questions are original and are not past exam questions. Always check exam rules, dates and fees with the GMC or the College.
