CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations and refunds.

Your rights when you buy a MedMocks pass, in plain English. Nothing here affects your statutory rights. Last updated: 25 October 2026.

1. In short

2. Your 14-day right to cancel

A pass is digital content supplied online. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days from the day you buy to cancel without giving a reason. Because you can start revising the moment your payment is confirmed, every pay button on MedMocks says: “Your pass starts as soon as you pay. By paying, you ask for access to start now and accept that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once you start using the question bank.” This means:

You don’t need a special form: any clear message that you want to cancel is enough.

3. Refund or more time (PLAB 1)

The bank and the mock exams are the plan. Finish them before your sitting, with no minimum score. If you still don’t pass PLAB 1, send your result within 30 days and choose your money back or twice your pass length, free.

  1. Buy a 3-month, 6-month or 12-month MedMocks PLAB 1 pass.
  2. Before your sitting, answer every question in the PLAB 1 bank and complete both timed mock exams.
  3. Send us your official result showing you did not pass, with the details we need to match it to your account and order.
  4. Email your claim within 30 days of receiving your result.
  5. Your pass must still be active on the day of that sitting. If it ends before the exam, that sitting isn’t covered: extend your pass before it ends to stay covered.

If you meet the conditions and don’t pass, choose either a full refund of what you paid for that pass, or another pass twice as long for PLAB 1 (6 months for a 3-month pass, 12 for a 6-month pass, 24 for a 12-month pass). It does not apply to MRCPsych passes or to the old monthly subscription. To claim, email support@medmocks.com from your account email with your order number, your sitting date and your official result, and say which you’d like.

4. Faulty or not as described

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. This applies for the whole of your pass, whether or not you have started using it. If something isn’t right, for example a feature described on this site doesn’t work, or the service is unavailable for a significant time, tell us. We will fix it or replace the faulty content within a reasonable time; if we can’t, we will give you a price reduction, which can be a full refund. A single question you think is wrong is best reported to support@medmocks.com: we check it against the source and correct the bank.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Lemon Squeezy, normally within 14 days of our agreeing the refund. A refunded pass ends straight away.

6. Older monthly subscriptions

If you have a monthly PLAB 1 subscription from before passes were introduced, you can cancel it at any time from the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
